Crawford v. WeatherShield Mfg, Inc.

On January 31, 2006, the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Three, affirmed the Trial Court ruling granting a new trial on strict product liability against the window subcontractor, Weathershield Manufacturing, for Plaintiffs and Appellants represented by Clayton M. Anderson, Esq. and Philip Y. Kim, Esq. of Anderson & Kriger. The Plaintiffs and Appellants are 50 homeowners living in multi-million dollar homes in the Orange County beach resort city of Huntington Beach, California. These homes were built with defective wood windows which caused resultant damage in the homes. Anderson & Kriger are now awaiting a new trial date later in 2007.
